Terms of Service

Sudden Jest is in beta and provided as-is, free of charge, while we build. By using it you agree to these plain-language terms:

Your content is yours. Shows, templates, and material you create belong to you. We store and process them only to run the service.
Be a good host. Don't use Sudden Jest for harassment, hate, or unlawful content. Show runners are responsible for the material they present and for moderating their rooms (kick/rename tools are provided).
Beta means beta. We work hard on reliability (and test with chaos drills), but we can't guarantee uptime, and features may change. Don't bet a paid arena tour on us yet.
No warranty; limited liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us (currently: zero).
Accounts. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service at any time; contact us to delete your account and data.
